Satisfaction of our customers is the primary objective of Pyrenessences Analyses. That’s why we have chosen to follow the ISO 17025 standard whose requirements allow us to ensure the quality of our services, always carried out in the respect of good working practices, by always putting at our staff’s disposal any documents and equipment necessary for the good progress of the tests and guarantee the accuracy of the results.
In addition, the management is responsible for the level of competence of the personnel in charge of the various services offered; we promise to do everything possible to respect our commitments to you and to meet your needs.
You can also count on our impartiality: we certify that our staff is free of any pressure that could have an impact on their technical judgment and consequently on the results produced, which we consider confidential.
Listening to our customers is essential in our quality approach ; in order to always better meet your requirements, we commit ourselves as much as possible to:
• Prioritize your urgent samples upon request,
• Take into account and systematically respond to your complaints and other requests.
Since September 2014, the laboratory is COFRAC accredited. The scope of accreditation is for the analysis of approximately 80 pesticides in essential oils from peel and leaf (scope #1-5726 available at www.cofrac.fr).
The objective is now to develop the scope of accreditation while maintaining the same level of requirements, in a dynamic of development and continuous improvement, always with customer satisfaction in mind.
